About the artwork
Amazonia is inspired by my long-standing love for South America… its colours, rhythms, stories and deep connection to nature. While painting this piece, I was guided by a sense of movement and flow, much like the landscape itself: layered, alive and constantly shifting.
The warm oranges, earthy browns and natural greens came together intuitively. Faces, hands and organic shapes emerged almost on their own, as if part of a shared rhythm. The composition feels grounded yet expressive, echoing the balance between strength and softness that I associate so strongly with this part of the world.

Amazonia carries a quiet energy ,inviting you to slow down, to feel, and to connect with something both ancient and alive. A piece that continues to reveal new details the longer you live with it.
